With this being the first day of the new year I want to commit to 6 measurable goals for 2014.
Mind: Read one book a month. Organize a drawer, closet, etc. at least twice a month.
Body: Continue exercising at least 1 hour a day 5 days a week. Only eat one serving of carbs & sugar per day.
Spirit: Read from the scriptures each morning. Write 3 things in a gratitude journal every night.
Sticking to this list can only make me a happier wife and mother, so that is my motivation. Of course I will have to treat myself to some gelato every now and then for meeting these goals :) What are you working on in 2014? Cheers, Katie
