There have been quite a few days when I've found myself feeling weak and shaky lately. Because I am nursing Liberty, I thought maybe I wasn't eating enough calories. But unfortunately eating more food was not doing the trick :). It was more water that I needed. I've been getting dehydrated and didn't even know it. Consider this your reminder to drink more water! Whether or not you're nursing, we could all benefit from keeping our bodies well hydrated. So find a favorite water bottle and keep filling it up! -Katie
