Parenting is a big job and you're doing it with your WHOLE heart, we're sure! We really love motherhood and feel strongly that the best moms take care of themselves, too! After all, good parenting requires energy and patience and love and creativity and endurance and our strong hearts and minds and bodies need looking after for this to be possible.
