SHIPPING

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided during checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Please check the tracking number you received through email from support@puj.com, if you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours, please contact support@puj.com with your order number and we will do our best to give an estimated time of delivery.

Why is my order delayed?

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact support@puj.com with your order number and we will help track your order.

GIFT ORDERS

How do I ship my order as a gift?

During the checkout process, please use the recipient's name and address as the "Shipping Address". Be sure to use your own email address to receive tracking updates.

How do I add a gift note to my order?

During the checkout process, please add any additional information you would like to include in "Special Instructions" or email support@puj.com with your order number and we will update your order.

Can you include a gift receipt?

Every order will include a packing slip and order number that can be used as a gift receipt.

How do I send a gift card?

All gift cards are issued through email. Once you purchase the gift card, you will be able to send the gift card from your personal email address to the recipient's email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Puj has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Puj. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
