How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided during checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Please check the tracking number you received through email from email@example.com, if you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will do our best to give an estimated time of delivery.
Why is my order delayed?
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact email@example.com with your order number and we will help track your order.
How do I ship my order as a gift?
During the checkout process, please use the recipient's name and address as the "Shipping Address". Be sure to use your own email address to receive tracking updates.
How do I add a gift note to my order?
During the checkout process, please add any additional information you would like to include in "Special Instructions" or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will update your order.
Can you include a gift receipt?
Every order will include a packing slip and order number that can be used as a gift receipt.
How do I send a gift card?
All gift cards are issued through email. Once you purchase the gift card, you will be able to send the gift card from your personal email address to the recipient's email.
The following shipping services are available to international customers:
• UPS Express Saver (1-3 day transit time)
• UPS Expedited (3-5 day transit time)
• UPS Standard — available ONLY to Canada & Mexico (5-7 day transit time)
Please note that not all services are available to all countries. During checkout, you can enter the destination country, state/province and postal code to get a quote and view available services to your destination.
Your shipping cost does not include duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges. Some countries will also require a local handing fee. Your local authorities will invoice you separately for these items, when applicable, and once the package has reached the destination country. We urge you to check with your local authorities regarding additional fees for international imports prior to placing an order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Returned packages, because of unpaid fees or failure to collect, are subject to return shipping & restocking fees.
