SHIPPING

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided during checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Please check the tracking number you received through email from support@puj.com, if you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours, please contact support@puj.com with your order number and we will do our best to give an estimated time of delivery.

Why is my order delayed?

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact support@puj.com with your order number and we will help track your order.

I shipped to the wrong address. What now? 

Puj is not responsible for wrong or mistaken addresses entered upon ordering. We will make our best effort to change an address before the order goes out. The customer will be subject to any additional shipping charges resulting from rerouting/reshipping an order.

GIFT ORDERS

How do I ship my order as a gift?

During the checkout process, please use the recipient's name and address as the "Shipping Address". Be sure to use your own email address to receive tracking updates.

How do I add a gift note to my order?

During the checkout process, please add any additional information you would like to include in "Special Instructions" or email support@puj.com with your order number and we will update your order.

Can you include a gift receipt?

Every order will include a packing slip and order number that can be used as a gift receipt.

How do I send a gift card?

All gift cards are issued through email. Once you purchase the gift card, you will be able to send the gift card from your personal email address to the recipient's email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Shipping

The following shipping services are available to international customers:

 • USPS First Class Package International (7 to 21 business days)

 • USPS Priority Mail International Int (6 - 10 business days)

 • USPS Priority Mail Express International (3 - 5 business days)

Please note that not all services are available to all countries, and not all the services provide tracking. During checkout, you can enter the destination country, state/province, and postal code to get a quote and view available services to your destination.

Risks

The risk of lost merchandise when shipped internationally will pass to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier. Once the carrier takes possession, time in transit and the final destination of the package is out of our control. While lost packages are rare, please consider this before placing an order. 

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your shipping cost does not include duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges. Some countries will also require a local handing fee. Your local authorities will invoice you separately for these items, when applicable, and once the package has reached the destination country. We urge you to check with your local authorities regarding additional fees for international imports prior to placing an order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Returned packages, because of unpaid fees or failure to collect, are subject to return shipping & restocking fees.

International Time in Transit

Time in transit is based on your selected shipping service as outlined above. These times are estimates and can vary depending on location, delays due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen factors. When tracked, if a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check in your surrounding area (porch, behind bushes, side yard, front desk, reception area, etc..) before contacting customer support.
