Return Policy

To return an item, please email us at: support@puj.com. Please include your name, order number, and email address used on the order. 

Items purchased from www.puj.com and shipped to an address in the 50 United States and U.S. Territories (see below on exact locations) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. 
Items purchased from our Warehouse Sale events (whether online or in person) are considered "as is" and are FInal Sales – they are not available for returns or exchanges.

Items purchased from other retail locations need to be returned or exchanged through those retail locations. 

Puj will determine if a product is in "used" or un-returnable/exchangeable condition, with the exception of manufacturer's defects (please see our Defective Policy below).
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost associated with un-returnable/un-exchangeable merchandise. A Puj representative will contact you and request payment information for the shipment and include a receipt with the returned item. 

It is suggested returns be shipped insured and using a trackable method that requires a signature upon receipt (for example, UPS, FedEx, and USPS registered mail). Puj is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in shipment . We will not accept returns via COD.

Please allow 5 to 7 days from date of arrival at Puj for either your refund or exchange to be processed.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment to Puj. Upon receipt and inspection, Puj will notify you with the status of your return. Refunds will be made to the original credit card used for payment in the amount paid for the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 
 
EXCHANGE POLICY

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment to Puj. Upon receipt and inspection, Puj will notify you of your exchange and when a new product will be shipped out. Puj will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged product back to the customer.   
 
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Defective/Damaged Orders

If the product you received has a defect, please contact us at support@puj.com for repair, replacement, and/or refund at our option. All defective items purchased from other retailers need to be returned to those retailers. Puj reserves the right to determine what is normal wear and tear and what is a defective product.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international sales are considered final sale.

An address is considered to be "international" if it is shipped to a location outside of:
  • The 50 United States
  • American Samoa
  • Guam
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Puerto Rico
  • The U.S. Virgin Islands. 
Items purchased from www.puj.com and shipped to an international address cannot be returned or exchanged.  

APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are considered domestic and we do ship to these addresses. We will also accept returns within the 30 days for orders shipped to an APO, FPO, or DPO address.
